Required documents

  1. A notarized Power of Attorney (A copy is acceptable at filing date but the original must be submitted within 01 month from the filing date);
  2. 15 specimens of the mark (the specimen size should be neither smaller than 5×5 cm nor larger than 8×8 cm);
  3. A certified copy of the priority application and the English translation thereof (in case of claiming priority right);
  4. A certified copy of the Regulations governing the use of the mark (in case of a collective mark).

Required information

  1. Full name, address and nationality of the Applicant;
  2. International classification of goods and services;
  3. List of goods/services;
  4. Priority data for claiming priority right under the Paris Convention (if any), including application number, priority date, and country.

CANCELLATION OF TRADEMARK FOR NON-USE

The trademark owner is under the obligation to use the registered trademark. A registered trademark may be canceled, upon the request of a third party, on the non-use ground if the trademark has not been used within the 5 consecutive year period following from the registration date, without a reasonable reason for such non-use.

Assignment required documents

  1. A notarized Power of Attorney (A copy is acceptable at filing but the original must be submitted within 02 months from the filing date);
  2. An original or a certified copy of the Assignment Agreement, including appendix or appendices (if any);
  3. The original Certificate of Trademark Registration.

Licensing required documents

  1. A notarized Power of Attorney (A copy is acceptable at filing but the original must be submitted within 02 months from the filing date);
  2. An original or a certified copy of the License Agreement, including appendix or appendices;
  3. A certified copy of the Certificate of Trademark Registration.
