Required documents

1. A notarized Power of Attorney (A copy is acceptable at filing date but the original must be submitted within 01 month from the filing date);
2. Notarized Deed of Assignment if the applicant and the inventor are not the same (A copy is acceptable at filing date but the original must be submitted within 01 month from the filing date);
3. Specification consisting of the title, description, Claims and abstract;
4. Drawings (if any);
5. Certified copy of the priority document and English translation thereof;
6. Attachment of a Search Report, which is issued by any patent examination body in a foreign country or by a relevant international organization and may be under the consideration of the Registration Unit (if available).

Required information

1. Name, address and nationality of the inventor(s);
2. Name, address and nationality of the applicant;
3. Title of the invention/petty invention;
4. Priority data for claiming priority right under the Paris Convention (if any), including application number, priority date, and country;
5. Strassbourg International Patent Classification;
6. International filing number and filing date (in case of PCT applications).
