Samsung patents “smart” sweater to charge gadgets

South Korean company Samsung patented the “smart” sweater, which will become a portable charger for gadgets, RIA Novosti reported, referring to LetsGoDigital.

According to the company, the sweater will feed energy from hand movements. For this, sweater will have special sensors, which will read out data of user activity.

The battery will be located on the back. It is currently unknown what will be the volume of the battery. However, the developers are expected to use low power battery.

The experts have suggested that the sweater would be shown in Las Vegas at CES-2018 tradeshow in January.
